A European-style Christmas market of wooden chalets on Armada Way and New George Street, run by Market Place with the Plymouth City Centre Company.

Plymouth Christmas Market was relaunched in 2025 by the Plymouth City Centre Company with operator Market Place, and returns for its second year in 2026. Wooden chalets line Armada Way and New George Street with a mix of international food and drink and local traders.

The official listing mentions more than 50 traders, plus a new Crafter's Cove craft village with 20-plus local artisans for 2026. Food runs from bratwurst and Glühwein to chocolates and cheeses, and there is a covered German-style bar. In 2025 there was an entertainment stage with choirs and bands and a giant snow globe for photos; for 2026 the organisers have announced a Santa Bus visit on 9 December.

Entry is free. Thursdays are late-night shopping evenings, when the market stays open until 9pm.
