A one-day Christmas fair of local makers, crafters and festive food in the grounds of Cardigan Castle, birthplace of the Eisteddfod.

Cardigan Castle, the restored castle on the River Teifi where the first recorded Eisteddfod was held in 1176, hosts an annual Christmas fair on a Saturday in late November. Stalls from local makers, crafters and producers fill the castle grounds, with festive food and drink.

Choirs and performers entertain through the day, and Santa is expected to visit. The castle sits right in the town centre, so it is easy to combine with Cardigan's independent shops and galleries.
