A three-day festive street market on King Edward Street and the High Street during Perth's Christmas lights switch-on weekend, with live music stages, a funfair and Santa's Grotto.
Perth's Christmas lights switch-on is a full weekend event in the city centre, and its festive market runs along King Edward Street and the High Street for three days, selling seasonal food, treats and gifts.
Around the market there are three music stages (Tay Street, King Edward Street and Mill Street), street entertainment, a funfair, a Santa Run on the Saturday, Christmas ghost tours, a silent disco and Santa's Grotto at Horsecross Plaza. The lights are switched on on the Saturday evening.
Everything is free apart from the funfair and the ghost tours. This is a short weekend market rather than a weeks-long Christmas market.
