A weekend Christmas market of local traders in the decorated Stableyard at Rowallane Garden, the National Trust garden near Saintfield.
Rowallane Garden, a National Trust garden outside Saintfield in County Down, decorates its house and Stableyard for Christmas each winter. In 2025 it brought back its Yuletide Christmas Market, which the Trust described as a much-loved family favourite returning after a long wait.
Local traders set up stalls in the Stableyard for one weekend in mid-December, with choirs singing in the garden and Santa out walking the grounds. Through December there is also a Santa letter trail where children can post their letters to the North Pole.
It's a small, relaxed market rather than a big shopping event, and makes a good excuse for a winter walk around the garden.
